Where are you located?
Our bricks and mortar location is based in Springvale, Melbourne, Australia and is 100% Aussie owned and operated.
Who designed your machines?
Our founders Mat and Benson have a combined 20 years experience in industrial and mechanical design and are the faces behind the ideas & designs for Shred N Melt
Where are your machines made?
Making sure we can offer quality at an affordable price and being of the upper most importance to us, we decided to set up our own dedicated & regulated workshop in China focused solely to the manufacture of our machines.
Can you only use your machines with plastic?
Our machines have been designed for use with recycled plastic, however they can be used for some other materials. If you require further information on this and to not void warranty please message us here.
Where can you ship to?
We can ship world wide, door to door, we take care of all your local import tax’s and fees. Making sure it’s as easy as possible to start your recycling journey.
What is the lead time?
Currently machines are made to order so lead time from deposit is usually 4-6 weeks. Soon we plan to carry stock in Melbourne reducing this to days.
Are your machines safe for schools?
Our entire desktop range carries RCM certification for Australia and New Zealand. Further more the motorised desktop range also carry CE certification for European and global compliance.
What warranty and support is included
All our machines have a full parts warranty for 12 months. We also stock and sell a full range of parts for our machines and accessories required to effectively and safely operate them.
Do you sell other machines or equipment?
Yes we can source and liaise with any Chinese based manufacturer’s to help you source, solve and deliver what ever you need to achieve your goals.
